Band problem on Skyzone

Hello,
I just adjusted my 2 racers and boom they are my glasses that let me go. I have used very little but impossible to change band, when I press briefly there is nothing and on a long press there are 3 beeps and a 4th and therefore impossible to have anything else. Thank you for some solutions and happy birthday to all.any suggestions?
